1. Scope

These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through www.elvannoe.com. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe each automotive accessory accurately. Colors may appear differently across screens. Customers must review the stated dimensions, included items, installation guidance, safety information, and vehicle compatibility before purchase. A lifestyle image does not establish universal fit.

3. Prices and Charges

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The order summary shows the product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes, discounts, and total amount before payment is completed. We do not add undisclosed charges after checkout.

4. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to accept an order affected by payment failure, suspected fraud, material pricing error, unavailable inventory, or an undeliverable address. If an order cannot be accepted after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through the methods presented during checkout. Payment providers may perform authentication and fraud screening. Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping areas, charges, tracking, and delays are explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting service@elvannoe.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has started. After dispatch, an eligible item must follow the return process.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Conditions, return shipping responsibilities, refunds, and exchanges are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Safe Use and Installation

Automotive accessories must be installed and used only while following the product information and the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. Do not use or position an accessory where it obstructs visibility, interferes with controls, distracts the driver, or affects an airbag or another safety system.

10. Errors and Unauthorized Activity

We may correct clear typographical or technical errors and may cancel an order associated with unauthorized payment, abuse, resale fraud, or other unlawful conduct. Any affected payment will be handled through the original payment method as appropriate.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
